With an MBA from Bryant University and a dynamic journey in SaaS sales, Nick has helped build and grow sales teams in several startup environments. Drawn to build things from the ground up, many describe him as a doer and go-getter with a passion for innovation and technology. 

During his 5-9 Nick can be seen playing Disc Golf or looking for his next DeFi play. At PFC, Nick is geared to drive meaningful connections and lasting relationships.

Nicole has been a bilingual teacher and equity coach for 23 years. Giving and receiving coaching has helped her cultivate compassion, embrace a growth mindset, and make decisions rooted in data. 

This summer she took a leap of faith, exploring Pay Forward Coaching’s invaluable free coaching services. Their guidance empowered her to transition from education to project management, and she’s excited to now be an advisor in the PFC community!

Sam started his career as a Headhunter focusing on technology roles in the Greater Boston area. For the last 10+ years he has been focused on internal corporate recruiting within software and technology at both large and small companies.

Sam is constantly working on building relationships and networking. Outside of work he can be found with his family or playing ice hockey.

Ginger has spent the last 25 years learning the ins and outs of business. She has worked as a leader in sales, marketing, product, digital learning, leadership development, and talent optimization. 

Ginger is passionate about talent optimization, sales effectiveness, enlightened leadership, and workplace culture. A people developer at heart, she lives by her mission of “building a better world by helping people learn and grow".

Matthew is a passionate and dedicated B2B Product Manager with experience delivering products that provide impactful value in the automotive and healthcare technology industries.

Originally starting off in the field of Customer Success, he was able to successfully pivot into Product Management. When changing careers, he was fortunate to have amazing mentors and  wants to be able to return the favor to others navigating the same circumstances.

Brian's career started in inside sales and he applied that skillset to the intersection of sales and marketing - PR & communications. 

He has worked at several well-known technology PR firms as well Gazelle, CarGurus and LaunchDarkly, serving in various communications roles ranging from pure media relations to product communications to corporate messaging.

Brian is a lead-by-example leader that truly loves seeing his team members and mentees thrive and professionally develop.

Sal is a dynamic individual driven by a deep passion for sales and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others. Sal is the currently the Managing Director of Sales Search Partners.

Sal approaches challenges with a winning mindset, leveraging the discipline and determination instilled during his sports career. 

Sal is a multifaceted leader making a lasting impact in both professional and personal spheres.

Bethany has spent the last 20 years in cross-industry sales contributing impactful initiatives for companies like Pitney Bowes, Thomson Reuters, OpenTable, LivingSocial, and Get A Copywriter.

Her passion lies in people and making a positive impact. 

Whenever she’s not in the trenches, you’ll find her volunteering, nose-deep in fiction books, sitting in a cold plunge, hanging with her Dobermans, or re-watching Brooklyn Nine Nine.

Marty's journey began in fundraising and recruiting, discovering his passion for inspiring and motivating others led him to become a DJ and Career Advisor for at-risk youth.

In 2006, he launched Fit Werx 2/FW2 Bikes, a leading bike fitting studio, completing 3 Ironman Triathlons and serving thousands. 

In 2024, Marty is focused on guiding individuals through career transitions and entrepreneurial ventures, particularly those in mid to later career stages.

David is a lifelong learner and always curious to find interesting new problems to work on. His career has spanned software sales and marketing, technology research analyst, medical wearables, and renewable energy. 

David has a passion for sharing his experience through mentoring and coaching. Originally from the UK, he has lived on Boston's north shore for over 20 years. Outside of work and family, he loves baking and sharing, and swimming in the ocean year round.

With over 10 years of healthcare experience, Nina (nine-uh) strives to deliver impactful and clever solutions for patients and partners. Originally from LA, Nina traded sunny California for snowy Boston where she pursued her MBA and MPH from BU.
